Here's the latest batch of updates, tweaks and fixes from your lovely creator team:

- Playershop greeter imps have finally learned how to speak Brindisian, Dwarfish and Klatchian. (If yours is not co-operating, please ask a liaison to update the room, or wait for the next reboot.)

- The output of the temperature command has been clarified, removing the need to wonder (or argue about) whether "a lot of warmth" is more than or less than "quite a lot of warmth".

A few specific tanneries in the Sto Plains and Ramtops regions now stock leather tooling equipment. This will allow you to add text and patterns to leather items, or those made of similar enough material. Two pattern books and several loose tooling pattern sheets are available in various locations and more are expected to start appearing as additional enterprising shopkeepers look to get in on this new avenue of income.

Thanks to an unprecedented few days of reluctant cooperation and minimal[1] bickering, the various orders of wizardry (and hedge wizardry) have been able to iron out a number of thaumic wrinkles with various spells, artifacts and magical miscellanea. The most noteworthy of these changes are summarised below:

Jogloran's Portal of Cheaper Travel (JPCT)

- Burning portals from JPCT should now interact in more intuitive ways with things like hand and foot armour, as well as elemental shielding.

In a move appropriate to his profession, the renowned necromancer Grisald has posthumously made some adjustments to his Reanimated Guardian spell:

- Raising a skeleton warrior will now imbue it with a modest amount of skill in traversing difficult terrain. This should help skeletons to keep up with their masters in a few specific locations. Grisald advises that he tried to extend this benefit to swimming, but apparently there are 'too many holes'.

- Wizards will now be notified when the magic...

The owner of the Assemble-An-Animal Workshop in Bes Pelargic has finally grown tired of the neverending stream of requests from customers asking him expand his available stock. To solve this problem once and for all, he has hired a tailor imp who will produce miniaturized versions of any weapon, shield, armour piece, or item of clothing that it is presented with. For a fee, of course.

I've made a couple of updates to everybody's favourite travelling shop:

- Several items have been removed from the stock list that were available elsewhere far more conveniently.

- Several brand new items have been added to the stock list.

- The stock list itself should now be a little more balanced when it comes to 'desirable' items versus 'toy' items or those with a very niche use.

- The shop's stock will fully refresh a few times a day, rather than waiting for a reboot or... other methods....

Your lovely creators have been busy this weekend, primarily waving big sticks and pointy things at the Gods of Dunmanifestin to demand a variety of fixes and changes relating to their faithful flocks. Here are the main highlights from what we managed to 'negotiate':

Ptune Pturban in the Djelibeybi Bazaar has decided to expand her sartorial offerings and now sells bespoke hijabs as well as veils. Her custom veils have also undergone some changes, but this will only affect new veils ordered after this blog post goes live. Any existing veils that have previously been purchased from Ptune will be unaffected.

I've added a help file for hijabs (including the non-custom ones that are in the normal stock list) to indicate the options you have for wearing them.

I've made a few more changes to the DJB Language School to address some long-standing bugs. The two most noticeable changes are as follows:

1) If your teacher finishes their shift, or you are forced to log off, during your final exam, then your exam paper will now remember who you are and which questions you have already answered. You can log off without penalty and return when your teacher is available to finish and hand in your exam. In addition, if you somehow manage to lose your exam pape...
