inhume - inhume someone for being very very bad
Description
This punishment allows the magistrates to put a contract on a player killer (pk) or non-player killer (npk) for the purposes of punishements. In the case of npks the npcs will attempt to close the contract, while for pks the player assassins will try and close the contract.
