int query_ac(string type, int dam)
Description
Returns the ac of the player. This will take into account the
natural armour class of the creature plus the armour class of what he is
wearing. the dam paramater is used by the armours in damageing them.
ie their condition. On the armour itself this returns the armour class
and updates the condition of the armour.
