agreement - the rental agreement for a house

change bank to <bank branch> on <agreement>
terminate <agreement>
transfer <agreement> to <person>
Description
This is a rental agreement for property, it allows the owner to change which bank they use to pay the rent and it also allows the owner to terminate the rental agreement.
Commercial property agreements may be transferred to another player.
Example
> change bank to lfc on agreement
> terminate agreement
