lsay - Loud say.
Syntax

Description
Something in between say and shout. You might need it for subtle effect maybe.
The # can be used to speak in different specific language. You can use partial matching for a language, so for example #dj will make you speak in djelian. You may also put the language name in quotes after the # to speak in languages which have spaces in them.
Example
> lsay Excuse me, but I am a frog not a guppy.
You say loudly: Excuse me, but I am a frog not a guppy.
Pinkfish says loudly: Excuse me, but I am a frog not a guppy.
