I've made a few changes to Assassin contracts.



Taxes taken from completed contracts will now return to the guild coffers as implied, helping keep things ticking over at least a little. Closing a contract through a regional guild that is not your own will, as before, incur an additional fee - this additional fee will _not_ return to the coffers. It pays to keep things local.



Contract and coffer donation achievements have also been adjusted. Progress is now tracked separately across each o...

The "describe" command now has a new syntax that allows you to control the order that zone descriptions will appear when someone looks at you. If, for example, you want your eyes description to appear first, then your hair, then your legs, you can use "describe zone order eyes, hair, legs".

In addition, the MUD will try to be a bit smarter about how many spaces it inserts between zone descriptions, so things should look a bit better.

On this special day the creators have granted to the Guild of Fools and Joculators these wishes three:

1. Slap applicators will now be a bit more sparing in the applications and thus last somewhat longer.

2. An asbestos mask has been added to the T-Shop to protect Fools from the rigours of firebreathing.

I have updated the coat command to allow coatings to be applied to heavy swords that are capable of the "beheading" style of inhumation. This should help to make coatings accessible to those hashishim characters who opted to specialise in this way. Unfortunately, it is very unlikely that the functionality will be extended to unarmed aids despite the unarmed skill being a primary for ninjas. I've fixed a bug in the magical fireflies witches can summon so you can now refer to them as swarms of fireflies.

While I was there I also added some adjectives so you can easily refer to your own, as follows:

> look my swarms of fireflies

> shoo Fran's swarms of fireflies

> shoo Fran swarms of fireflies

Or you can combine the new adjectives with the existing names:

> look my swarms

> shoo every Fran's swarm

> shoo Fran swarms

Both door and furniture latches had a bug that prevented them from working correctly. The door latches are now fixed but furniture latches have been removed temporarily for further bugfixing.

If you used a latch on a door, you can buy a new latch and install it, or ask a liaison to fix it for you.

If you used a latch on a piece of furniture, you can buy a new furniture lock and install it, or ask a liaison to fix it for you.

Locksmiths the Disc over have started stocking new items for those who don't feel the need to lock up their property and possessions.

You may now buy latches without locks for your player house doors and furniture.

To install them, use the syntax:

change [lock in] <door or furniture> for <latch>
