There are new thresholds for the number of votes that assassin specialisation leaders must gain in their elections in order to receive some or all of their powers. Previously the powers were split at 5, 8, 10 and 15 votes; we have now collapsed these into two categories which are gained at 5 and 8 votes respectively (note that 5 votes are required to be elected in the first place).

The powers to ban individuals from guild grounds, disavow specialisation members, and sanction individuals with a life-taking contract are now given to leaders who achieved at least 8 votes in their election. All other powers, including sanctioning with a warning contract and granting individuals temporary immunity from contracts, are given to all leaders.

Assassin specialisation leaders can now put two items into their trophy cabinets in addition to the hardcoded trophies. These cabinets are locked and unlocked with the same key as the leader offices. Please note that (a) as with all containers, the item limit includes items inside items; (b) as with all locks, these ones are (technically) pickable; and (c) nobody, including the leader, can remove the hardcoded trophies from the cabinets.

Rubber inhumes are no longer PK-checked, so all assassins with the inhume command should now be able to do them on all players and all NPCs. (Note for non-assassins who may be worried by this announcement: a rubber inhume does no damage to the target or their possessions, cannot kill them, and does not give achievement progress.)

The Impressive Inhumer and Death's Agent achievements, as well as the Conlegium Sicariorum Hall of Famous Assassins, now take account of total inhumations instead of unique inhumations.
