Terror - Creating visions to invoke fear in your targets.
Description
Terror is an offensive ritual, which causes the target to acquire a phobia, making them flee in terror, sometimes over significant distances. You will require a prayer book and a skull to perform this ritual.
Example
> perform terror on Dasquian
You brandish the skull at Dasquian.
You roar: Look upon your future!
You recite the psalm of ignition under your breath.
The skull in your hand explodes into a hail of red-hot shards of bone, which scythe at Dasquian!
Dasquian murmurs something that sounds like "dogs" and then starts to tremble fearfully.
