custom peddler - someone who produces custom items

Description
This is a npc help file. This person will allow you to create custom items, just say something about buying or ordering to start.
Usually, your custom item will take a little time to create; you should be told how long it will take at the end of the ordering process. If you forget to make a note of this, you can always try asking to collect your item - many custom peddlers will take pity on you and let you know how much longer there is to go (though some won't).
