For the arguments:

[like a horse, gently, happily, slowly, stupidly, like a ball of string, back in black, like a stallion, with gusto, excitedly, unhappily, sadly, skitishly, #]

Self:: You whicker like a horse.
Others:: Drake whickers like a horse.

Has a no arguments, targeted mode.

Self:: You whicker at Womble and Cabbage.
Target:: Drake whickers at you.
Others:: Drake whickers at Womble and Cabbage.

For the arguments:
