This will allow you to control whether large numbers will be displayed with thousands separators in certain contexts. Currently this applies to xp and rating messages in the teach, learn, and score commands and in the combat monitor. If enabled, the numbers will be displayed using the British standard of commas separating the groups.
Note the current "options output numbers" option has been moved to "options output numbers display".
